Today, we had a discussion on the team charter for assessment 1, assessment 2, and assessment 3. The team charter helps us to know each other, skills, ability and what kinds of working styles members prefer. Also, we had a chat about our former working, education experience. Beside, we chat some things might not be so relevant to the project, but, we thought it can let us know each other deeper and be helpful to create a tide relationship between group members.
We thought it might help us to understand each other better. Based on each people’s skills, we separated the works to each people. This process costed us a lot of time, we stared with understanding the task and discussed each people’s task. And then, group members got their own tasks or decide what tasks need to be done together.
Finally, we brainstormed some ideas from internet or other materials. We have more focus on lighting interaction.
After conducting researches we began discussing on on the amount of time that we will spend on each task. We decided on that we will spend equal time on skateboard culture, skateboard community, site research, and user research. Therefore in the time of 12 days we will spend 3 days researching, 3 days conducting site research, 3 days layout designing the presentation power point, and final report power point.
We will spend 1 day on recording the portrait video. The portrait video will consist of the skater performing skating tricks on Sydneham Skatepark. Group Charter
