Week 5 – Team3 DAX – compiling assessment1

In week5, Team3-DAX mainly did three things for assessment1

1. Video portrait
2. Document – Research and Discovery
3. Presentation

 

Firstly, we edited the video portrait for a female skater in Sydenham Skatepark, as part of the user research for assessment1.

 

Secondly, we have combined background research, site research and users research into the document. We came to the lab to compile the Assessment1, research document and presentation slides on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Google slide was a great tool to work together, as well as to share the findings and ideas with each other.

 

We generated 3 initial concepts and evaluate them.

1. Concept1-ground projection
2. Concept2-Light collision
3. Concept3-frog screen projection

 

 

 

Finally, our team members did the In-class presentation on Saturday afternoon. We were nervous during the presentation, but we still presented our results and insights from the research. We got some important feedback from teachers, that we should indicate how can our research led to the concepts.

For the next step, we would evaluate and develop our concepts.
